Rock climbing in Northern Utah's Wasatch Range around Salt Lake City and Park City is incredibly diverse. Within just a few miles one can climb on granite, quartzite, or limestone. Crags have a wide diversity of routes, from wonderful top rope learning areas, to sport-climbs and adventurous multi-pitch traditional outings. It's no surprise that climbers flock to the area year after year to enjoy the exploits. We offer guided climbing and climbing instruction to individuals and groups of all ability levels. Through a special use permit of the USFS we  access areas throughout Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and within the Lone Peak, Twin Peaks and Mt. Olympus Wilderness Areas.

Multi-Pitch Rock

Climb several pitches off the ground on an all-day Wasatch adventure. This is rock climbing in its purest form and we have many excellent long moderate routes to choose from in the 5.5-5.10 range. Routes such as Steorts Ridge 5.6, Outside Corner 5.7, Penta-Pitch 5.8, the West Slabs 5.6, and Black Streak 5.10b are all common objectives. This day can be focused as purely a guided rock climbing trip here in Utah or as an instructional clinic to safely learn to lead and execute multi-pitch climbs independently. Climbers should be confident with basic climbing techniques as a pre-requisite.
